A UX/UI redesign of eventerprise.ai/123 that turns an event poster into a verified, live event page in three clear steps.
Easy Mode lets first-time organizers, many of them churches and community groups, turn a poster into an event page with no account. In October 2026 I reviewed the live flow, found it plain and confusing (a real submission failed with a generic error), and directed a redesign. I picked three references, wrote the brief, settled the product questions and approved the build. The new flow uses a vertical 1, 2, 3 step tracker with checkmarks, a progress bar checklist instead of a spinner ("Reading your poster," "Finding the date and time," "Spotting the venue," "Building your event page"), and a congratulations moment where every detail has a "Fix this" tap. Events go live only after the organizer taps an email link, with resend and change-email options, one reminder after 24 hours and a 7 day expiry that hides events instead of deleting them. It was built in Lovable from my direction and went live on October 23, 2026. The case study covers the problem, goals, references, user flow, high-fidelity mobile and desktop screens, a component library and a clickable prototype. No user testing or metrics yet; those are the next step.
